As the first woman and first attorney to be elected as our Register of Deeds, Kathleen brings a new and experienced skill set to this position. With modern technology driving open and free online access to land records, she believes strongly in outreach to all citizens of Fitchburg, Leominster, Lunenburg, Ashburnham and Westminster.

During this time of year when we reflect on what we are grateful for, I want you to know how grateful I am for your support. It has been a privilege and an honor to serve as Register of Deeds in the community we all love. Your continued support is important to me and I value the work as your Register, and would love to continue serving this community in the term ahead.

Our office has always been about stability, protection and accessibility to your land records.
